Paradron was a colony world inhabited by [[Cybertron]]ians who fled their home planet during one of the [[Great War (Transformers)|Great Wars]], and was hidden from other beings due to being on the other side of a wormhole. It was accidentally discovered by [[Cyclonus]] and [[Scourge (Transformers)|Scourge]] after they fled from an [[Autobot]] attack, and the pair were nursed back to health by the peaceful inhabitants of Paradron, who were unaware of their evil nature. Unfortunately, the [[Energon]] and resource rich planet proved irresistible to the [[Decepticons]], who soon invaded the planet and enslaved its inhabitants in order to put them to work building up the Decepticons' weaponry. Fortunately, the proactive [[Sandstorm (Transformers)|Sandstorm]] fled the planet and made his way to Cybertron in search of help from the Autobots, who soon traveled to Paradron in force.

While the majority of [[Rodimus Prime]]'s Autobots fought the Decepticons, [[Ultra Magnus (Generation 1)|Ultra Magnus]] traveled to the planet's core in order to set off an explosive that would detonate the planet's Energon supplies, destroying Paradron to insure that it wouldn't continue to be of use to the Decepticons. The Autobot forces freed the Paradron natives, who joined them in battle before evacuating the planet in favor of Cybertron.
