Fictional biography
Investigating a meteor impact as a young lad, SUMDAC found the head of OPTIMUS PRIME. In the years after his discovery, he reverse engineered the technology, and built an empire and military industrial complex. From his TECHNODROME in Detroit, he attacked with an army of robots, conquering lower Michigan. SUMDAC was able to reawaken PRIME and the AUTOBOTS. Outfitted with control collars, he used them and his techno-organic daughter as enforcers.
