Under-3 is a fictional character from the Transformers series introduced in 1996.

Under-3 is a Maximal. He may have once been the Autobot Steeljaw.
Development
According to a 1995 McDonalds Beast Wars document, Under-3 was conveived of as Optimus Prime.[1]
