Serpent Leader is a third-party Transformer homage to Optimus Prime as he appeared in the Devil's Due comics.

Development

A teaser picture of Serpent Leader was displayed at Cherry Bomb Toy Show in October 2011, and placed a teaser picture of it on their Facebook page.[1]

Reception

The Good Morning, Cybertron! podcast for October 17th, 2011 discussed the teaser of Serpent Leader in the news. The host thought he would buy it when it came out.[2]
